Rapid responses by phone and email along with tutorial videos and personal remote computer-to-computer instructions by real users has been developed over the years to provide the highest level of support from pre-sale to installation to data entry to generating reports.

The following sections are designed to provide you with the type of support you need for your particular operation. We also have the capability to securely link directly to your computer  to personally walk you through a particular process.

Pre-Sale

We know what it’s like looking for a software application that will do what you want it to do. To help you decide, we provide you with a FREE DEMO of our FIREARMS MANAGER Pro (FMPro) so you can experience FMPro for yourself. In addition, we have a 4-page document that describes FMPro in case you need something to send to your Chief or to your acquisitions group to justify your purchase. We also have available a real-time demo where we can show you “live” FMPro over the internet in case you want to see the application tackle a particular need you have. This service is also available in our Annual Maintenance & Support Program when you need to enter particular data or need to generate a particular report and don’t have time to figure out how to make that happen

Installation

We also know what it’s like when you finally get that new software application and have to install it onto your system. We will work with your IT Department to install FMPro on your system, but we also work directly with individual users to install FMPro for those organizations who are too small to have IT Departments.

We have video tutorials for installation as well as for getting started with FMPro. Of course, we also have our “LIVE” instructions service as part of our Annual Maintenance & Support Program where we walk you through the installation process as well as startup assistance.

Data Entry

When you get a new piece of software, there’s always a learning curve to understand how to use it. How do I enter the data? How are the screens formatted? What information goes into what fields?

With FMPro, all of the screens are designed to have a common theme, so once you get used to the first data entry screen, the rest of the screens will function the same, so there is no extended learning curve to get used to. You’ll find that data entry is quick and intuitive... and “Freeze Frame” makes data entry super quick for large volume items because it can  remember common data on a item and just ask for the Serial Numbers on additional similar items.

And once you enter your data and click "OK", the results are immediately integrated into the next screen you see!

Generating Reports

And, yes, we know what it's like trying to figure out how to generate the reports you need. Most data entry applications have hundreds of reports to choose from. While FMPro also has hundreds of reports, you get to create the report you want.

Select what type of data you want to include, what date range, how you want it sorted, and click the "Generate Report" button and you get what you ask for.

We can also connect you to one of our "live" demo persons who can help you create the report you need over the internet using our Annual Maintenance & Support Program. When you need to access particular data or need to generate a particular report and don’t have time to figure out how to make that happen, an email to us can have a person online with you to show you how to generate the report you need.
